A step-by-step workshop for
paint portraits with water-soluble oil healthily and serenely.
As a creative you know that it can sometimes be difficult to adopt a new technique. Reinventing the wheel (or in this case, the painting) every time you start a new painting is not comfortable. It's doable but it takes more energy and leaves less room for creativity.
The key to moving fast and having fun in the process is to be guided and learn from the mistakes of others.
But why water-soluble oil? Because this technique of oil dissolving in water is pleasant and easy. It is as beautiful as traditional oil and above all without solvents, odors or health hazards!
I wish I had taken this workshop when I started
I wanted to paint in oil but not at the expense of my health or that of my family.
Days of research on the internet, questions to practitioners, exchanges with manufacturers have gone by. And with this research came its share of experimentation. I was determined to solve this challenge.
And after a year of trial and error I succeeded! Now that I'm familiar with the technique, I sincerely think I'm in my best creative period and here's why.
The water-soluble oil has:
